🔹 Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Items that appear worn, damaged, or altered may not be accepted.

🔹 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety, certain products cannot be returned:

  • Cosmetics or beauty products (including lip gloss, lashes, etc.)
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

🔹 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at chat.sonloot@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions if your request is approved.
  3. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

🔹 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🔹 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

🔹 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
