🔹 Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Items that appear worn, damaged, or altered may not be accepted.
🔹 Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety, certain products cannot be returned:
- Cosmetics or beauty products (including lip gloss, lashes, etc.)
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
🔹 How to Request a Return
- Email us at chat.sonloot@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide return instructions if your request is approved.
- You are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
🔹 Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
🔹 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
🔹 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
