  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email once your order has shipped with tracking info.

🔹 Shipping Times (U.S. Orders)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (additional fees apply)
  • Shipping time begins after your order is processed.

🔹 Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and shipping option selected.
  • We may offer free shipping on select orders or during promotions.

🔹 International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship internationally. We only deliver within the United States.

🔹 Tracking Your Order

  • Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order using the link provided in your email.

🔹 Delivery Issues

If you haven't received your package within the estimated delivery time, please:

  • Check your tracking link for updates
  • Confirm your shipping address was entered correctly
  • Contact us if you need further assistance

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered.” Please contact the carrier directly if your order was marked delivered but not received.
